Welcome to EstuaryCt.com…
This website is dedicated to the people of Estuary Ct. Among the many things we will address here is the very poor neighbor we have. And that would be the Martin Luther King Jr. K-8 School of the Sacramento Unified School District.
If a picture is worth a thousand word, the below picture begins to describe the abuse heaped upon the residents of Estuary Ct. by their cruel neighbor, Martin Luther King Jr. K-8 School of the Sacramento Unified School District.
Take a look at the school (center image). See the parking lot to the northeast of the school? That’s for teachers. Now take a look at the streets surrounding the school. There are some scattered cars parked of various streets. Oh, except for one that is all filled up with cars. Can you guess what street that is? Yup, Estuary Ct.
Now you might be asking yourself, why don’t they park in front of the school or on another street? Good question. The school probably has a typical convoluted rational and answer for that (which doesn’t consider the residents of Estuary Ct.)
Another question might be: Why do they park on that street and then walk all the way around to the front of the school? Answer: They don’t. There’s a gate that allows entry to the school from Estuary Ct.
Why don’t the residents of Estuary Ct. get to have space on the street to park their cars, like everyone else? (HINT: It’s because people from the school are using all the spots.)
Did the school or district think about this? Obviously not. Any consideration from them after the issue was pointed out? Nope. It falls on deaf ears.
